Happy New Year From Mrs. O!

I hope you are enjoying the holiday season as much as I am. Yes, it’s busy, hectic and a little crazy, but it comes only once a year. I still think that people are just happy this time of year and do have a special spirit that comes out of even those who are…well, let’s say ‘cranky’. With all the visiting, favorite holiday food, baking, wonderful store displays, merry colors, holiday clothes and gift-giving that takes place, it really is the most wonderful time of the year.

As 2009 comes to a close, I’m taking the time to think about how blessed I am before I decide what I want to work on in 2010. I am so thankful that I am healthy, that I have a wonderful family and amazing friends that are all very dear to me. I am thankful for the passion and drive within me and that I get to do something that I love – everyday. I’m thankful that my parents taught me the importance of the golden rule and I am happy that I passed this on to my children. We’re not always perfect, but I know that we live by this rule and it makes me proud.

So, what are Mrs. O’s New Year’s Resolutions? Stay tuned. I will tell you next week!

Happy New Year to all. I hope you will count your blessings and take some time for yourself over this long weekend. When you make your New Year’s resolutions, remember to set reachable goals. Whether you vow to lose some weight or get organized, I wish you much success!

Happy Organizing!
