25 Days Til Christmas – Holiday Tips from the Experts!

I hope your Thanksgiving was all that you hoped for. Ours was wonderful! Good food, family and lots of fun conversations around the table. Terry, Allie and I really kicked back to recover on Friday with a marathon of movies. Terry finally got me to watch Big Fish without me falling asleep!

‘Tis the season to get organized! From now until Christmas, Mrs. Organized will be giving you 25 tips to help make a list and check it twice for a great Holiday Season. Instead of the 12 Days of Christmas, I decided to bump it up and make it the 25 Days of Christmas. With a tip a day, you will be well on your way to being organized this holiday season.

Tip #1

Clear the clutter from your home. You can easily be more organized when the space around you is too. The areas to focus on are, the kitchen, great room or living room, kids’ rooms, and family central. Give your family solutions for incoming and outgoing mail, homework and car keys using this 3 Piece Office System, a place to store and charge cell phones and iPods using a charging station. And don’t forget to designate a place to keep or hang all the holiday cards as they arrive. A great item to use is the Trolley Board by Design Ideas. This is a great task to assign to the kids!
